Magnetic Garden Game - Flowers and small insects, ladybug, bee, grasshopper

Spring: Why It's Good for Morale

General alert: spring is here! Gone are the mornings where you can't decide between prolonged hibernation and blanket therapy. Make way for longer days, bursting buds, and rays of sunshine reminding us that our skin can be a shade other than "pale sink."

But why does this return of the sun make us as cheerful as a sparrow that has just nibbled a crumb of croissant? Hold on tight, we'll tell you everything!

Sun, flowers and a shot of good humor

It's scientifically proven (and approved by your mom): sunshine is life. It boosts our production of serotonin, the happy hormone.

The result? Less fatigue, more energy, and a sudden urge to sing Joe Dassin on a terrace. And let's face it, seeing flowers bloom, hearing birds chirp, and catching a glimpse of a cat sunbathing is a real boost.

In short, spring is a 100% natural antidepressant, with no side effects (unless you're allergic to pollen, then that's another story).

Gardening, picnics and other spring fun

If you have a green thumb, now's the time to get out the shovel and intimidate some weeds. If you're the type to kill a cactus, you can always pretend that your uncultivated balcony is a tribute to wild nature—it's "trendy!"

But above all, spring means the return of picnics! A blanket, a piece of bread, three friends, and off you go for a rustic feast where the battle against ants and the first wasps will be your biggest challenge. But we love it because it's COOL!

And for those who prefer observation to action (self-proclaimed lazy team), there are always café terraces. A sunny coffee, a book, some sunglasses, and hey presto, you're officially in a lifestyle magazine ;)

The crazy transformation of the butterfly (spoiler: it's worth the detour)

So, he's the spring champion. He goes from a stage where, let's be honest, he looks more like a compulsive, wolf-eating caterpillar than a fairy creature, then he wraps himself in a burrito-like cocoon and emerges as the star of the garden. If that's not a fairy-tale metamorphosis, we don't know what is!

Moreover, to prevent your children from growing up believing that butterflies come out all beautiful, all ready as if by magic, we have thought of everything!

Discover our Garden & Butterfly Life Cycle collections

To celebrate this season of renewal, we offer you two collections that smell of spring (and educational genius, let's be honest):

The Garden Collection

A poetic magnetic game where your children can create their own garden by assembling petals, stems, and leaves as they see fit. But be careful! This garden also hides a host of little creatures (harmless, we promise). Ladybugs, ants, butterflies... A fun and creative game to discover biodiversity with as much seriousness as a budding scientist (but more fun).

As a bonus, a bilingual French/English picture book of small insects and garden creatures to enrich vocabulary while having fun!

By the way, do you know how to say "grasshopper" in English? Well, it's "Grasshopper"! You thought you knew everything about insects, huh? Even you, parents, have things to learn! I'm learning things too when I'm working on my new magnetic game collections! Pretty cool, actually!

🦋 The Butterfly Life Cycle Collection

Learn all about the magical transformation of a caterpillar into a butterfly. With magnets, a picture book, and a detailed diagram, children will love following this incredible metamorphosis. And who knows, maybe they'll even want to raise their own butterfly one day?

So, are you ready to come out of your cocoon and take a big bite out of spring?
